We collect only what you give us — your name, contact details and brief — to reply to you and do the work. Analytics runs on your consent. We never sell your data. Ask, and we'll show you what we hold or delete it.

This policy explains what Dezino Graphist ("we", "us") collects on dezinographist.com, why, and what your choices are. It applies to this website and the enquiries you send us through it.
What we collect
- What you send us: name, WhatsApp number, email, and your project brief — when you submit a form, download a resource, or message us directly.
- How the site is used: anonymised analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics — only after you consent.
- Campaign context: if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we record the campaign parameters (UTM tags, click IDs) with your enquiry so we know what's working.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing proposals — the reason you contacted us.
- Managing our client pipeline in our CRM (Zoho Bigin).
- Sending you a resource you requested, or our newsletter if you signed up — one email a month, unsubscribe anytime.
- Understanding which pages and campaigns work, so the site improves.
We never sell or rent your information. We don't use it for anything unrelated to the above.
Cookies & consent
Analytics and marketing tags load only with your consent (Google Consent Mode v2 — denied by default where required). Strictly-necessary items, like spam protection on forms, run without tracking you across the web. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or the site's consent controls.
Who else touches the data
- Zoho Bigin — our CRM, where enquiries are stored and managed.
- Google (GTM / GA4) — consent-gated analytics.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and spam protection (Turnstile).
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us there, their terms apply too.
Each processes data under its own privacy terms; we share only what's needed to operate.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and project records are kept for as long as we work together and a reasonable period after, for legal and accounting purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@dezinographist.com and we'll act within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (including under India's DPDP Act and Australian privacy law), you may have additional statutory rights; we honour them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
